CONNECTION leads to EMPOWERMENT

The first ADHDAF+ Peer Support Group took place in the Silver City where the Podcast which inspired the Charity began.
Hosted by ADHD advocate and Aberdeen local, Kirsty Mason.
Kirsty discovered her ADHD through listening to the podcast, and wanted to set up an ADHD support group for three years.
ADHDAF+ Charity doesn’t just connect and empower it’s support group Attendees, but also its Facilitators…
